1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Shagi Life website, the Shagi Soglasovannosti project, user accounts, digital materials and all related products and services.

The project does not store complete payment card information.

All rights in the project materials remain reserved by the rights holder.

By making a purchase, the user confirms agreement with the current Refund Policy.
Because the project products are digital, refunds are generally not provided after access has been delivered, although individual situations may be reviewed in good faith.

However, uninterrupted, error-free and permanent availability of the service is not guaranteed.
